Had nothing but bad experience with this Jimmy John’s.
Today 10/15/21 I order an unwich and for the third time received the wrong order. Called at 1:13 to state that my order was wrong. They said they would send the correct order, at 1:45 called again to say my unwich never arrived. Spoked to the manager and he said he would send one out on them. I said I already paid for it! Silence, no offer of a refund! I told him I was sending an email to corporate about my experience...read full review
