Ordered a 18 piece family meal and the chicken was so greasy and soft the skin was falling off every piece. Now I'm air frying it to try and crisp it. just ridiculous that I spent $51 for gross greasy lukewarm food. Absolutely will not be back
I have been to KFC a few times in the past month to pick up a quick dinner for my kids and at least 3 out of 5 times they have forgotten something in my order. I don't understand how hard it is to make sure a whole order of popcorn chicken nuggets is in a bag but it is.
