“i ordered a mocha frappe - tried no ice for the first time ever ('coz i'm tired these big-name 'coffee shops' putting 30% drink and 70% ice) - turned out too sweet (my fault, i asked for it). Went back and asked for some ice but this crew made me a new one instead. He didn't have to make me another (i'm totally fine with adding ice cubes in it) but he made me a new one. To me, that's the definition of customer service topped off with a sprinkle of kindness. Small things like this makes a BiG difference :)“
