I really love coming to the Oberweis bloomingdale location over Bartlett..!! The staff here is always so kind, patient, and attentive. They truly listen to you and your needs, even when the store is extremely busy.

I visited during a very busy time with a long line, but I was honestly impressed seeing everyone still smiling, laughing, and working together so nicely while providing great customer service. That positive atmosphere makes such a difference.

Very nice Oberweisd. I was with a group, and I specifically gave my order to the employee to get a chocolate covered waffle cone with one scoop of espresso chip ice cream and another scoop of coffee ice cream. They ended up giving me a glass bowl of two scoops of espresso bean ice cream only. Completely different from what I ordered.
