They need to fix their computers or ordering system because it’s embarrassing. I ordered 12 in pizza, eta 6:50 for pick up. Within 5 minutes on ordering online said “picked up”.What? How,impossible.
Very bad service, I do not recommend it and the worst thing is the owners.
Unfortunately the pizza is excellent but the woman that takes the orders has terrible customer service! I have been ordering weekly from here and she will not honor the coupon B1 18” get one 12” free that they have online if I wanted to pay with cash even though I order it weekly online with credit card. She acted like the system is different when you order online only my receipt shows she did a manual add on of $3.50 which goes to show that it can be done but she didn’t...read full review
