TEXAS TWINKIES are a standout. The meat is smoked tender, with a subtle rub. Service is polite and efficient, with southern hospitality. Everything is fresh and well made, with outstanding flavor and sauces. The small takeout place offers excellent food, including recommended pulled pork and flavorful mac&cheese. The smokey sauce and kickin tangy bbq sauce are highlights. The fries are actually insane and possibly the best ever. The staff are great, the vibe is impeccably local, and this place is such a treasure.
