If you’ve never eaten gluten free, you might not know that it actually can be really defeating at times. Your favorite treats are something you can no longer enjoy, and then some companies FINALLY offer a GF version and it’s always gritty, dry, or just down right disgusting. Having to change your diet this way can make you feel like you have to settle and you have to gaslight yourself into liking this new version. The bakery is known for its amazing treats, including the best cinnamon rolls. For those who eat gluten free, the gluten-free sugar cookies are incredible and soft, tasting just like the favorite iced sugar cookies. One customer uttered "WOW" with a mouthful of cookie after waiting over 15 years to find a gluten-free bakery cookie that tastes like the one missed. The bakery also makes custom cakes, like a Stranger Things birthday cake that was awesome in both design and taste. A cookie cake for a youth pastor was baked to perfection with delicious buttercream frosting. For a seven-year-old's birthday party, all the treats knocked it out of the park, with a phenomenal cake. Lizzie's is a new go-to bakery for many.
