In town during move in week at ISU. The food was solid. They smoke their meats here so you get actual BBQ which is nice. The ribs were good just not very meaty for St Louie style. Pulled pork sandwich was good with a nicely toasted bun. The smash burger was solid and seasoned well. The fresh cut fries were tasty, corn on the cob had a nice char and the Mac and cheese was decent.

So I figured out the place I am going for the next 4 nights on my work trip. Great food and beer
Nice place for an early dinner.my Bride had a 2fer. Asked for pulled pork only. The fries were ok and she liked the fried corn. The other diner had the fried chicken club with fries. Big sandwich. I had the brisket French onion soup. Nice change.you could really smell the brisket before scooping any up. I also tried the Cuban egg rolls. This combo for me made a light dinner. We walked down and feel it was well worth it. I wanted beer but but I have to pass for awhile.
