My husband and I hired Custom Catering for our wedding a few weeks ago and were BLOWN AWAY by the quality, customer service, and attention to detail. We had a very unique request and they exceeded our expectations! My husband is from Argentina and he wanted a traditional Argentinean asado (BBQ) to be served to all of our guests. Custom Catering spent the time to come over to our house, learn how to season, prepare and serve the meat and took detailed notes in order to recreate it on the wedding date. It was a hit!
