I have gone 4 times now, and the training and hiring process for employees has to be impeccable! Each person has made me smile! I can tell they like to start with a compliment, but they are also great at engaging conversation while you wait! The coffee is actually a treat! Enjoyable, and doesn't make you regret a little splurge. I had the pumpkin latte yesterday, and returned to get one for a friend as a surprise! We had the best experience at the Bloomington location yesterday. Every person we interacted with was so pleasant!! Lane made our doggo the best pup cup. 10/10

The sugar-free mocha was delicious, smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced without tasting overly sweet. You honestly wouldn’t even guess it was sugar-free.
The bacon, egg, and cheese sliders were just as good. Warm, flavorful, cheesy, and the perfect little breakfast to go with the coffee. Everything tasted fresh and hit the spot.
Definitely a great breakfast combination from Dutch Bros. I’ll be ordering both again!

Dutch Bros Coffee has excellent service and a welcoming, fun, and positive energy that makes it a great place to stop by. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and hard-working, and they genuinely care about making sure customers have a good experience. The coffee is a treat that is enjoyable and does not make you regret a little splurge. The sugar-free mocha was delicious, smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced without tasting overly sweet. The bacon, egg, and cheese sliders were just as good — warm, flavorful, cheesy, and the perfect little breakfast to go with the coffee. The pumpkin latte and the cookie butter are also treats. The drinks are always amazing and the service is great. The walk up counter has excellent service, though the drive thru is always like 21 cars and not organized well, and the overall parking situation is absolutely terrible. Still, the coffee itself is awesome, and it is one of the favorite places to look forward to coming back to.
