Jimmy John's in Bloomington

“I love JJ's bread. I have only ever had the Vito sandwich, but I rarely want anything else. I tried their pesto pasta salad once, but didn't care for it. The Jimmy's chips are pretty good. They used to have what they called Jimmy's mustard, which was delicious, but for some misguided reason, they no longer offer that as a condiment. Too bad.

I usually order pickup through the drive through, which is unfortunate because you have to wait for the cars in front of you, who might just be ordering a sandwich on the spot. The parking is terrible.

This location doesn't seem to pay attention to the requests made online, like extra oil and vinegar, so you don't always get what you request.

I've ordered sandwiches at other Jimmy's locations, and special requests have never been ignored. Just this location seems to disregard special requests for online orders.“

“Jimmy John's consistently delivers tasty sandwiches. The quality of the meat stands out, and the portion sizes are pretty solid. I personally love The Vito—definitely my go-to—but I always add mayo to round out the flavor. We're also big fans of the Little Johns, they're surprisingly filling for the size. Our last visit had slightly slower service than usual, but it seemed like the employee might have been new, so no big deal. Overall, it's a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying lunch.“
