Upon entering, the music was extremely loud and contained inappropriate language, including racial slurs, which made the environment uncomfortable. I spent over $10, including a tip, for a basic vanilla latte with cold foam, and unfortunately, it was not worth the price. The staff member taking my order seemed dismissive and inattentive, which added to the negative experience. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

This coffee shop is truly a hidden gem! It’s not super popular yet, but I can see it becoming one of the go-to spots in the future. The atmosphere is amazing—there’s a cozy and comfortable seating area inside that makes it perfect for people who want to relax, read, or even get some work done while enjoying their coffee. What makes it even more unique is that it’s located inside a bicycle shop, which gives the place a cool and creative vibe. Outside, the seating area is just as inviting—perfect for sipping coffee while enjoying some fresh air.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. I tried the latte along with sourdough toast for breakfast, and it was such a great start to my morning. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
I actually discovered this place thanks to a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. I loved every bit of my experience, from the warm service to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a comfortable, unique spot to enjoy coffee and breakfast!

I checked this place out because of all the great online reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The banana framboise latte was delicious! It's a bit pricey though, $9.20 for a 12oz iced latte with oat milk, which is why I'm taking off one star. (Compared to coffee hound where a similar drink with oat milk would be ~$8)

Such a cute place. It's inside the bicycle shop but it has its own door on the side of the building closest to the driveway into the parking lot. It's pretty small, so there was nowhere to sit when I went in, but that wasn't a problem for me. There are some outside tables and chairs also. My drink was so yummy! They were out of most of the pastries/food by 9:30, so definitely come early if that's what you're coming for. A little on the expensive side, so not an every day coffee place for me but I'd definitely go back!

What a delight to find this cute little coffee shop. The lattes are amazing and the syrups they use are either homemade or proper. Everyone was so friendly and made our visit truly outstanding!!
I’d love to give this place a full five stars, but it’s disappointing to see the owners not stepping in to support their staff during busy times—especially when drink wait times reach 30 minutes. Instead, they serve themselves behind the bar while the team struggles to keep up. The employees are truly amazing and are the heart and soul of this establishment.

My husband and I are from Delaware visiting our son who has quickly become obsessed with Recreation. It didn’t take long for us to understand why. Everything about Recreation is exceptional. The pour over coffee is on another level, the latte’s are divine and the sour dough toast with butter and jam is delicious. The staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. The place itself is cozy and comfortable.
