Everything is fantastic there. Can't beat that tenderloin anywhere nearby.
Don't forget to get the corn fritters!

Friendly neighborhood bar. Busy on the Thursday night due to the coaches live show broadcast, but server apologized for the delay. We weren’t in a rush anyway. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Cubs game on TV and many Cubs fan routing on their team made for a fun time. Excellent wings! Very meaty and cooked to perfection. The onion rings were breaded and cooked to perfection as well. Nice and crisp, no greasiness or sogginess.

Stopped in for some wings. The buffalo wings were actually decent which my husband got. I opted for the appetizer tenders. Looked like fried catfish and tasted terrible. Saturated with what tasted like reused oil. I only took a bite and realized I could not stomach them before sending it back. They charged us and when we asked to have it taken off, they said I had eaten some. As you can see I had only taken a single bite. The onion rings were an upcharge so I ate those while waiting for my replacement meal, thinking they could just charge me for those at the least. I never leave negative reviews but this experience really turned me off. As a waitress of 6 years, if a customer told me they were dissatisfied with a meal I would have taken it off the bill. Clearly this establishment is unprofessional and cheap, willing to save themselves $12 over a satisfied customer.

This is a Bloomington Normal classic. By far the best wings in Bloomington. The beer battered fried chicken is another of my favorites here....

Update: I’ve gone here three times and ordered the beer batter fried chicken…. and the chicken smelled rotten. It tasted nasty and would urge others to avoid this particular restaurant….. was hoping the first two times that they just messed up and I complained….. after this third time it became clear that they shouldn’t be serving food period! ??

Food was great. Service was great. But when the bugs came out we got ate up. It's the no-seeums bit me on the face twice and it swelled up. I know it comes with the territory, but man it freaking hurt so bad.

This is the second time I've ordered onion rings for takeout. Neither order were what I excepted.
See photo both times I received onion, batter, grease ball.
Needless to say I will never order anything again.
Oh the tenderloin was trash as well. The bun was welded to the tenderloin.
