“Our experience was great from the moment we walked in. Excellent service, food & atmosphere! The lobster topped mashed potatos were amazing. Coconut shrimp was perfectly cooked. Dragon shrimp was delicious. Our waitress was friendly, attentive & prompt. Management was great as well. We will definitely be back! It was well worth our drive (1 hour)!!“

“We went to Baxter’s to celebrate graduation and Father’s Day. While the Food and service were great I’ve never understood why the restaurant take reservations and why the servers ask if we are there to celebrate something special when they don’t really acknowledge or make the event special that way. Hence, I am just giving it a four star. We ordered a lot of food a lot of cocktails everything tasted pretty decent and overall it was a good experience but nothing to write home about. Also, I do want to call out that we did not have any steaks we stuck with the pastas and flatbreads and a bunch of appetisers which all tasted great. We also had a vegetarian in our party and it was good that we were able to find some nice vegetarian options. Highly recommend the strawberry spinach salad which was a summer special.“
