Big shoutout to Sam at Popeyes! I came in on Friday, June 13th at 10:50 a.m., and Sam was on point. You could tell she runs a tight ship. She was actively training other employees, handling business with professionalism, and making sure my order was correct—down to every detail.

What really stood out was how smoothly everything was running. The whole team was focused, respectful, and handled the food with care. That’s rare these days, especially at fast food spots.

Sam deserves her flowers. She’s clearly a leader and takes pride in what she does. Give that woman a raise! 🙌🔥“

“What I can say is the crew is amazing, you can tell they are young, but was so polite in quiet. Far as cleaning wise guys you all need to have one person go around with cleaning supplies in just clean vents, front counters where guess stand in wait for There order. Also no one in there wears gloves, you got two pizza makers making pizza, opening up refrigerator, touching screens for the next order, pizza cutter scratching there head . There has to be a better way for staying safe . The season is changing every one go start getting sick it will crush my soul if it was from you guys. I definitely respect the crew for being nice. When all it takes is a little soap, bleach, and water it’s a small place guys you can do this. Pizza overall my grandma loves it, so there you have it. Great pizza, good crew just clean. “If you would have told me this would be good, I wouldn't have believed you. But it was great and I was shocked. Even more shocking was the boneless were better than the regular wings!! It was fresh and crispy. I got different sauces and they were all good. Fast food is especially disappointing but this time it's different.“

“The District Manager, at this location, Lawrence, totally transformed my first experience. My first visit did not go well and I completed the survey detailing my negative interaction with the staff. Not only did Lawrence follow up with a personal phone call, he asked me to return to the store so that I could get the true Wingstop experience! The store was clean, the food was freshly prepared, the atmosphere was very welcoming and Lawrence gave me VIP treatment. I sincerely appreciate the fact that he understands customer service, cares about the reputation of this business and not only espouses those beliefs, he personally implements and executes his high standards.
