“Hey guys thank you for checking out this new review for this spot I just stumbled upon calledThe grand nutrition bar so my understanding this black woman establishment in protein and natural teas/ detox smoothies I was on the side of town actually to get a tuna sandwich from the unbeatable eatables sandwich shop a couple doors over but before I left I noticed this new business so I decided to check it out because if anybody knows me physical fitness is very important to me and I live in clean eating lifestyle and I love tea not talking about diabetic teeth with tons of sugar just natural lemon and ginger and I love smoothies so anyway I walk into this establishment and the vibe was kind of off there was some gentlemen in there I didn't know if they were customers or if they were the owners but it just wasn't a welcoming ride they were having a conversation sitting and chairs by the back wall I don't know how long this establishment has been up maybe they were still getting stuff together and establishment but I acknowledge them and they didn't really say too much but anyway I was about to leave but I had it over to the bar with a helpful staff member she walking through what the tease and smoothies were about and it's really sounded up my alley or something that I pretty much have in my regular routine actually I was walking to the counter to ask if they had a flyer and she said no but I continue to ask her about me the smoothies detox teas Etc and I picked to delicious teas that I definitely have to come back and Sample I was so glad that she was there to give me the knowledge and I end up making her a good sale and she has a routine customer but before that I was about to honestly leave out because of the vibe I got from the gentleman and establishment it wasn't anything harmful they just didn't have a welcoming ride it's almost like I walked in they looked at me like who are you instead of greeting your customer with enthusiasm but hey other than that if you are in the neck of the woods and encourage you guys to come out and support like businesses I look forward to seeing many more things with this establishment hope you guys like my review never mind you my whole purpose is never to kick down any business I am just giving you guys my experience when I was at this establishment you might have your own experience when you visit check it out“

Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. Definitely coming back for more.“
