Ms. Carol is incredibly kind, and any employer would be fortunate to have her. Her people skills are outstanding, as she greeted us with a genuine smile. She truly seems like a wonderful person! “OMGG I love this place. Best chain fried chicken BY FAR. My personal recommendation is the Hot level, as the medium is good too but the hot adds more to the flavor. Fries are surprisingly good for crinkle cut fries, and the sauce is great. The dude who took our order was GREAT - really made our day.

Vegetarian options: This place isn't gonna be great for vegetarians - it's a fried chicken place so that's really all they serve. No vergetarian meal options from what I know.“

“I was recommended this place by my coworkers and this is honestly the best chicken I’ve ever had at a restaurant in many many many years. Food is cheap, atmosphere is friendly, owner is super nice, they even have a selection of mild to spicy sauces that’s huge and some of them they even made themselves. That Yummi sauce sure is Yummy. Give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.“

I wish my noodles were hotter. The drive thru lane wasn’t working. Had to come inside for service.“

“I went to Dell Rheas chicken basket Sunday with my family. The food is always amazing. This week was a bit different than our other experiences. We were about to leave and it started to storm outside. There was a car in the parking lot that had its windows and sunroof open. The owner or manager was announcing that the car had had its windows and sunroof open. No one was replying. After a few minutes, somebody had realized that it was their vehicle. The gentleman whose vehicle it was, was having trouble closing his sunroof. The owner or manager went into the parking lot and assisted the gentleman and covering or closing his sunroof getting completely soaked in the rain. These are the things that go unnoticed as a manager or owner in this industry. I seen this because I was sitting in the parking lot in my truck getting ready to leave. I too oversee three hospitality operations and had to leave this review and give that man credit! GREAT JOB!!“

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

Changed reviewfrom 5 stars after ordering 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets.. which are a ripoff .. you are lucky to get 4 ounces come in very small container and that 12 piece was 10 dollars. Buy the sandwich there is more meat on it than the 12 piece nuggets!!“

“We have been coming here since the place opened. One thing they have is tire consistency. Every time the chicken is on point and perfectly done. The snow chicken is our go to, comes with an amazing sauce and a bucket of onions. Try at your own risk, you will get hooked. Bussin!“

“Extremely happy with the service provided at this location! The lady working the front Ella was amazing at her job!! She helped me pick out the best option (it was delicious btw) and was extremely kind!

The food was great as well, we got it to go and it was still hot and delicious by the time I got it home (even the fries). This was by far the cleanest browns chicken I’ve ever stepped into and there was even a sit-down area that looked adorable!!

“BB.Q has some of the crispiest, crunchiest, juiciest chicken I've had. Top notch. Dine in when you can for a fresher experience, but carry out isn't a bad option either. Incredible that they can slather these things in sauce and they are still crispy and delicious.“

“Great place to eat! There are so many items on the menu to chose from. While I haven't tried everything they have to offer, the things I have tried have always been delicious. This location is great because it's easy to get in and out of. Employees are usually very nice and do a great job with getting the order right!“

“Upon reflection, although I had a terribly frustrating drive through exprience here - on top of a horrific day - the manager went out of his way to make things as good as he could. Top notch deesclation skills for sure. I was part of the problem in this situation myself. Professionalism and "try to make right attitude," is rare. This review and the reason I would come back and spend money here again, is because of that manager. appreciate it.“
