“We enjoyed a brief meal. At the register, Ms. Carol warmly took our order. Her friendliness and enthusiasm were truly inspiring! I complimented the manager on duty about her exceptional work. Ms. Carol is incredibly kind, and any employer would be fortunate to have her. Her people skills are outstanding, as she greeted us with a genuine smile. She truly seems like a wonderful person! Thank you, Ms. Carol! Overall, it was a delightful experience.“

“OMGG I love this place. Best chain fried chicken BY FAR. My personal recommendation is the Hot level, as the medium is good too but the hot adds more to the flavor. Fries are surprisingly good for crinkle cut fries, and the sauce is great. The dude who took our order was GREAT - really made our day.

Vegetarian options: This place isn't gonna be great for vegetarians - it's a fried chicken place so that's really all they serve. No vergetarian meal options from what I know.“

“I was recommended this place by my coworkers and this is honestly the best chicken I’ve ever had at a restaurant in many many many years. Food is cheap, atmosphere is friendly, owner is super nice, they even have a selection of mild to spicy sauces that’s huge and some of them they even made themselves. That Yummi sauce sure is Yummy. Give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.“

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

“I'd love to share my relative experience on here! To begin, the team members are always very kind and considerate of any needs; sauce, refills, cleanliness, etc. I love the smiles and joy they always bring to my day, you'd never know how valuable something so small like this is to someone you either do or don't know. 🩷 It makes a big impact on hearts.
I had a mishap with an order some time ago, thankfully I was still close so I decided to give them a call and report my concern and issue. They offered without question to replace my food immediately and to come in so they can take care of it. They also were greatly generous to ask if I would like anything else on top of the full replacement, it was very very kind to do in this situation.
I had provided them with a well detailed understanding of my concern to prevent any further concerns from any other customers for that time. I am so thankful for everyone who puts there heart and best intention into something as simple as greeting and tending to a customer how they do. Keep it going 🥹“

“We have been coming here since the place opened. One thing they have is tire consistency. Every time the chicken is on point and perfectly done. The snow chicken is our go to, comes with an amazing sauce and a bucket of onions. Try at your own risk, you will get hooked. Bussin!“

“This little Browns Chicken has the Best people running it. Great customer service is what makes it Special. We drive across town just because of the way we are treated thru the drive through. The Chicken is crispy and fresh and golden brown. There ranch taste homemade. The lady at the window or man are always so nice it's our go to Chicken hut.“
