“Absolutely amazing... everything we had was great.. the seasoning and tenderness of the meat was excellent. Everything was falling off the bone. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and delicious with a hint of savory sweetness added from the sweet potatoes/ yams.. l had some dressing with was so savory and a taste of my brother's fried chicken and spaghetti. Everything was well seasoned and delicious. We will be traveling to yall from Chicago. Then the peach cobbler was crusting just amount of peaches just amount of crust. Nothing like good ole soul food 10/10...“

“The History on Wheels hosted its annual Juneteeth celebration at the Joliet Area Historical Museum on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. We used Mama Sarah's Kitchen for catering and the food did not disappoint! Chef Arron Sain has magical hands!! We had fried chicken, fried catfish, baked salmon, collard greens, baked macaroni & cheese and cornbread. For dessert we has cheesecake, pound cake and banana pudding. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. My mouth waters as I think about the food. So many compliments from our guests about how the food was. Truly outstanding!! Thank you Chef Arron for your amazing service and delicious food! We will be having Mama Sarah's again!“
