“I ordered wrong through the app- 100% my fault. The staff was incredibly kind and helped me discover the error. I was very embarrassed and they helped me correct an issue I had made, and told me not to be embarrassed. It was a busy promotional day and they didnt mind helping me. Smiles all around.“

“I came to Starbucks today to treat Canela on her last day. She has lung cancer, and her breathing has been getting worse, so I wanted to give her one last pup cup and croissant to make the day special.
The staff had no idea what we were going through, but they treated both of us with so much kindness and warmth. I didn’t catch their names, but I hope they know how much that meant to me. Their kindness made what was an incredibly difficult day feel a little lighter, and they made Canela’s last Starbucks visit a memorable one.

“Ok ive been to starbucks before but i didnt know what i could get with my stars and this employee was going the extra mile to help me figure out what I could get for free. Ended up getting a free lemon loaf and it was good except the icing but im not really a sweet girlie. But this employee (Thea or Theo I forget) was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way 10/10 thank you very much!“
“I usually come by when I need quick pick up in the middle of work, but They always have their food instock and drinks are always delicious. The staff is friendly and they work hard and do their absolute best when its busy and its just one employee. I will continue to purchase here“
