I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, but this young man truly deserves the highest praise! He is respectful, incredibly friendly, and has a charismatic way of interacting with customers. I caught him working the drive-thru today.
Usually, baristas might smile and offer help, but you still feel like just another stranger to them. Basil is different — he genuinely inspires trust and makes you want to come back to this specific location again and again.

“I stopped at this Starbucks for a coffee and the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. The barista who gave me my items was super friendly and the best part was my coffee was hot, like it’s freshly brewed hot! ! I live 45 minutes from here and Starbucks I frequent the coffee is hot but not fresh hot if that makes sense. Thank you for great service and delicious food & coffee!“

“I recently had the opportunity to try a new Starbucks drink through the Community Champions Program during a teacher appreciation visit at our school. Shaun brought a selection of drinks for us to sample, which made the experience feel extra special.

I tried the black tea lemonade with mango cream cold foam, and as a first-time experience, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The combination was refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—I’ll definitely be ordering it the next time I visit a Starbucks.

A special shoutout to Shaun for making the experience so enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and brought such a positive energy to the morning. It was clear he takes pride in what he does, and he received several well-deserved thank-yous from the teachers he served.

“Stopped by Starbucks today to get a little work done and enjoy a white chocolate mocha latte in a REAL coffee cup. Even though it was busy, the staff was incredibly friendly, genuine, and attentive.

I’m really loving the new atmosphere too with cozy conversation nooks, and a LOT more seating. Add the coffeehouse tunes in the background, and it’s the perfect place to settle in for a bit.

The whole experience felt relaxed, welcoming and the perfect change from the home office.“

“My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for years. We love it!! We recently made a trip and I am on a diet restriction due to an upcoming procedure, but still wanted to visit as it it part of our weekend routine. When we came in we knew it would be difficult finding something I could have this time. Aiden was working the registrar and let us know about some options we could do, including modifications to certain drinks, and helped us choose the perfect drink THANK YOU!!“

“They were incredibly busy. When we got to the register the cashier/barista was very nice and apologized for the wait. They were out of the impossible sandwiches which is the only reason for 4 stars. She was very friendly and got our orders out quickly!“

Today, an Asian female barista (I think her name starts with an A) really stood out. She was handling a lot of orders and stayed calm, professional, and kind, even when dealing with a very rude customer.

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a great experience here. I usually go to a Starbucks down the street but came here as I was in the area for a hot coffee. I had a great conversation with two of the baristas I think their names were Candy and Ash who really made my day. Would visit again.“
