“They were incredibly busy. When we got to the register the cashier/barista was very nice and apologized for the wait. They were out of the impossible sandwiches which is the only reason for 4 stars. She was very friendly and got our orders out quickly!“
“Will I date myself if I provide a "Cheers" reference? Because sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and that applies to this Starbucks as much as it does a bar in the Boston metropolitan area.I am dubious of glowing reviews, so allow me to bring some credibility by stating that the physical location of this store could be better. It's conveniently located, but the drive-thru situation is less-than-ideal. The line will sometimes extend beyond the designated lane which leaves a mess of cars coming from the left and the right, all jockeying to land a spot in line. Putting aside my wish that others would have common sense and learn how to properly queue, I believe this could be resolved have having more clear signage encouraging folks to wrap around the little island situation and queue alongside the curb parallel to the last row of parking spots in the Aldi parking lot. I tried once to force this trend organically, but people weren't picking up what I was trying to lay down and I proceeded to get cut in line by at least 5 cars who thought *I* was the one trying to cut in line because they didn't see me waiting in my queue of one.On to the good. The team at this Starbucks is amazing and brings top notch customer service to nearly every interaction. Friendly, but not overly talkative. Responsive, but not so quick that it feels dismissive. Patient, but not patronizing. All of this on top of remembering your order...and then eventually your name if you go there oft enough. This is impressive for any establishment that has lines to the magnitude of creating mass chaos out in the FedEx / Aldi parking lots...but especially impressive that this drink / name recall occurs in the drive-thru. I mean, I know they have cameras - or at least I think they do - but it's impressive nonetheless. It's the little things like going to a place where you feel like a person instead of just another customer in an endless queue that can really make a difference in one's day.Today it was Collin who made a difference in my day. “Cute (little shop), efficient, and accomodating. It's in the lobby of the hotel and had everything needed to get a java fix and get back to work. I don't often upscale my coffee experience but when I do Starbucks is always hitting the marks for consistency. Thanks to the team for the smiles and hot coffee.“

“I've spent many evenings at this Naperville Main st location with a hot coffee just hanging out & enjoying the atmosphere over the last year. I can only speak about the different employee's that work during that shift & specifically Nate, Mia, Greg, Kay, MK & one of the store supervisors Karlee. There are a couple other guys that I don't know their names but are included in this review. These people really work hard & are very efficient. One thing that is very apparent is they are a real team & work so well together. Not only do they all appear to get along well but they are very in tune with each other on what's going on & what needs to be done. It seems very unfair at times that there are only 3 people working because this is a busy location & there are many many times there are 10-15 people standing in line to place an order with 8-10 more people waiting for their order & they really handle it well. It seems they rarely ever catch a break to breath but the service never suffers. Karlee is an amazing supervisor & one of the hardest working employee's who never stops & does what ever it takes to keep the store running smooth. She definitely has the respect of the other employee's & respects them. It's a pleasure to witness this kind of work environment. My one BIG COMPLAINT about this location specifically is sort of a 2 part thing. It really feels like Starbucks corp has very little respect for this location & it shows. I'm really surprised that they don't have the store professionally cleaned in the places that aren't the responsibility of the employee's. Places they can't reach without a ladder or things that require special equipment. I'd really think that Starbucks could have a professional cleaners come in after hours quarterly or at least twice a year for a good cleaning & make the upkeep easier on the employee's who already have enough to do. The 2nd part of my COMPLAINT are the new hours. It use to be open until 9:00 & is now 7:30 & I find that pretty shocking especially when considering the location of downtown Naperville & the fact that the busy season is starting. Starbucks upper management should come & be part of the downtown experience & see that the demand is there for reconsideration. 8:00 pm close would be nice at the very least.“

Found our new favorite drink (pistachio latte with oat milk, light whip, and extra salted brown butter topping in case anyone was wondering... chefs kiss*)and Chase was just so sweet!“
“This location is on my way to work so typically a frequent stop for me! They are genuinely the nicest staff and very efficient. I never have to worry about being late to work even if the drive thru is 5+ cars deep because they are getting orders out quickly! I’ll miss this location when I move in the summer but if I am ever in Naperville, this will be my go-to location. Thank you to all the staff who constantly has smiles on their faces and makes everyone’s mornings better.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. Employees are very friendly and diligent, especially in the drive thru. The worker, Sam who is there often is always super friendly and very helpful! He knows how to communicate very well and always handles orders carefully and as quickly as possible. “I wanted to share something I saw here today with the review.The customer in front of me was very rude to the staff who were genuinely trying to help her. Not sure of the whole story, but this person clearly had very unreasonable and unrealistic expectations, verbally abusing the staff as they gave her a refund and she walked out.All the members of the staff remained calm, treated her politely and I want to commend them for this! It’s hard to do that! And no one should have to tend to this kind of behavior! This is a great store, with awesome staff and great service !!! I wanted to thank them for it! ?“
“My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for years. We love it!! We recently made a trip and I am on a diet restriction due to an upcoming procedure, but still wanted to visit as it it part of our weekend routine. When we came in we knew it would be difficult finding something I could have this time. Aiden was working the registrar and let us know about some options we could do, including modifications to certain drinks, and helped us choose the perfect drink THANK YOU!!“

Heather always makes sure to ask how I am doing, the staff is prompt to assist with my order, and even in the midst of morning coffee chaos my order comes out fast and with he same great starbucks taste. “Fast Starbucks with a drive thru and nice interior with high ceilings making it feel bigger than it actually is. Comfy seating and spaced out makes it nice for reading, and looking outdoors through the glass. I always order through the app and it's always fast including this location. Servers say the names of the orders and they're nice. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. It's a nice location by Trader Joe's and other establishments“
