I tried to order on my phone, but was having issues setting up the app. We came into the store and one of the baristas, Basil, helped me to use the app to pay... Overall, staff were very kind and helpful, and our drinks were great!“

“The batistas were clearly busy, I ordered my drink but it took about 15 minutes for it to be made. Everyone who worked there was super nice, even to the two women who bothered them every minute about their drinks. I was about ready to tell them that the more they bother the employees the longer their drinks are going to take but instead took their photos :) shame on them, good job starbucks employees!“
“Unfortunately i always go to this location because it’s close, but I now make the extra drive to go to the 59 & 75th location instead. They are consistently slow here even with a ton of staff and the staff has also been rude many times. Also there have been multiple times they legit put whipped cream instead of vanilla cold foam on my drink and the guy always tried to lie to my face that it was cold foam but he probably just didn’t want me to go thru the hassle of asking for a refund because cold foam is like $1.75!! Anyways i recommend the 59&75th location because they are always extremely friendly and the line moves super quick unlike hereEdit: recently they have improved, kinder and quicker service. The staff I have seen here lately is very friendly, especially the hijabi girl, wish i knew her name, is always very sweet“
“Always a great store filled with lovely people. Sure, it's a Starbucks and the criticisms are valid. It's expensive, they roast their coffee too dark, etc. What makes this store different is the staff. They're beautiful; quick to smile and ready to make someone laugh. People like Maddie, who beams while talking with you and working harder than I can imagine. I could go to 400 different Starbucks, but I choose this one because of their staff.“
