Usually friendly Staff, but one lady was super standoffish and not friendly at all. When I tried to tell her about the dunkin members reward, a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase of a medium drink for reward members she was unwilling and tried to give me a hard time. Didn't get her name, but was middle age? With brown hair and dark eyes. Definitely the unfriendliest staff I've encountered at that location.
Giving a 4 because the place used to easily be a 5. I go there before work and the egg wraps used to be really good. Now they're either just slightly warm or cold. Light ice or specific munchkins is hit or miss. The only person that stands out is the tan lady who smiles all the time. Thank you for that.

The parking lot here is always BUSY, and the drive-thru is always packed. If you order ahead, I'd recommend giving about 10 minutes because it truly is busy at this location. The staff seems stressed at times, but they try!
