“This has become my new go-to! I’m so thankful to have somewhere with great food and chais that welcomes me to sit and stay awhile. Whether I’m chatting with a friend, journaling to myself, or watching traffic go by, I know I’m welcomed. As a vegan, I find a decent amount of yummy options here, and some I can even take home to make!! I love the staff, which is really important if I’m going to be seeing them daily - which sometimes it’s 2x a day. “I haven't had their food, so I can't rate it. I haven't been inside. I can't rate the atmosphere either. But the service in the drive thru is good. It would be better if I didn't have to ask for a straw every time. Staff could be more friendly.“
“Dunkin is a decent place to grab your coffee quickly. This particular Dunkin the employees weren't very friendly. I usually grab a Carmel latte n a Boston cream donut. The donuts I had didn't have very much Boston cream in them. Ultimately the Boston cream is what makes the donut. If I had my choice between dunkin n wawa...I choose wawa everytime“
“This is not the nearest McDonald's to me, but if I want McDonald's, I will gladly go out of the way to come here. Unlike the other McDonald's in town, this location always gets my order correct and the workers are very kind. I highly recommend this McDonald's!“
“Giving a 4 because the place used to easily be a 5. I go there before work and the egg wraps used to be really good. Now they're either just slightly warm or cold. Light ice or specific munchkins is hit or miss. The only person that stands out is the tan lady who smiles all the time. Thank you for that.“
“I came during a peak rush time today with my family to grab a drink. I was really saddened to see how the employees are treated by customers. Leaning over counters yelling and expressing how their order has been put in for 20+ minutes… lady you walked in 5 minutes ago and was immediately asked for your name so calm down. The employees though remained un-bothered and still smiled. With only 4 workers you guys handled both the drive through and customers in store all with a smile. Thank you! I know you guys don’t get it enough.“
“Easy on and easy off the highway, plenty of parking, ideal service persons, food done up to McDonald's famous standard.I just felt a bit bad in that there were so few customers in the store----it seems like a lot of people were in a hurry and zoomed thru the drive-thru or used the ap on their phones.“
“Most of the partners here are students, so it was nice to see them all genuinely happy and kind. It really reflects the feel of the college. Perfect drinks, smiling staff. Tables and chairs are not accessible right now but I can imagine that once they reopen, it will be a great place to hang out. It's very large and redesigned, very modern. loved it!“
“I first tried Recharge at the Bourbonnais location. I really liked it! When they expanded to Watseka, I was in shock and so excited for something GOOD! Now, let me start by saying I love the baristas. They make great chatter and are all around just sweet kids. However, whoever is in charge of making sure these baristas have what they need, are slacking. They let the Watseka location go WEEKS out of stock of A LOT of things. From flavoring, to food, to STRAWS! I know a lot of people who wanted to purchase gift cards over the holiday, and they didn't have ANY! They sold out and that was that! I don't hold it against the baristas, it doesn't fall on them. Overall, the products are good. A little high priced, but worth it to me in the mornings when I'm heading to work and need something nice for myself. The Watseka location is very nice inside. I love the decor and the fact that the baristas add a little bit of a personal touch with Polaroids of the baristas/customers. I don't go as often as I'd like anymore, but I still recommend. The redbull mixers are delicious, and I do enjoy their coffee.“
