The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can really tell how much care they put into everything, from their house-made sourdough and pastries to the thoughtful menu design. It’s definitely my favorite local spot to connect with friends or just unwind.“

“I made a big order for my family Wednesday night 3-4-2026, 2 happy meals and two 10 piece chicken nuggets the food came fast I was glad of that because I just got off work and didn’t want to cook at home I got my order an was immediately pissed off my chicken nuggets were like stones so dam hard seem like they were dropped back in the oil an refried or microwaved and when I called to rectify the terrible food there was no answer on multiple calls I feel they knew they gave me bogus food and that’s why they didn’t answer the phone I wish I could of chose no stars because they don’t deserve them at On Wednesday evening, March 4, 2026, I placed a substantial order for my family, consisting of two Happy Meals and two 10-piece chicken nuggets. The food arrived promptly, which was a welcome relief as I had just finished work and was eager to avoid cooking at home. However, upon receiving my order, I was immediately dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The chicken nuggets were exceptionally hard, resembling stones. It appeared that they had been dropped back into the oil, refried, or microwaved. When I attempted to contact the establishment to rectify this unsatisfactory experience, I received no response on multiple calls. This lack of communication suggests that the establishment may have been aware of the poor quality of the food and intentionally withheld contact. I would have preferred to give the establishment a zero rating, as they do not deserve any positive feedback.“

“The restrooms were very soiled and dirty. The customer service was great. The person in the front was respectful and while he weg to the back to assist my request another team member checked on me to help me. They were out of ketchup and my son's big Mac came in a quarter pounder box because they didn't gave any big Mac boxes. I thought we had the wrong burger at first. Their supplies are low, but considering it's probably a busy so from travelers and locals, it happens. I was traveling.“

“Went into The Well on Mother’s Day. It was VERY busy. But the girls kept calm and happy faces throughout. Our drinks were made right and were SO delicious. “When we moved to Chebanse last year, we had a bunch of people about the B&G here. We finally stopped by about a month ago to grab breakfast stuff to bring to a friend who's Mom passed away. Everyone loved the B&G and the pastries. Went again today to grab hubs and me breakfast and it never disappoints. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!“
