They make up for it at the window. Always nice to see extra effort made by the Employees. Yesterday, our person at the window was named Lily! ( I asked because I said I'd post a review & send our friends to this location) She was super kind, & she's waited on us before, & always has a smile on her face! “I don't consistently order Dunkin but any time I have stopped in its always been busy and I'm still in and out quickly. In my experience so far, the donuts have always been fresh. I've had my order made wrong once and they remade it with no issues.“
