Soup in Bourbonnais

“Food was amazing. Service was good. Hate the on table pay kiosks. They had the wrong ones on our table and the one next to us. The table next to us didn't pay attention and had paid or our table of 4 not their table of 2. Had I not identified the error, I would have gotten off cheap, glad I said something before they leftover so it got fixed before they left. It then took quite a while for the manager to sort it all out so we could be on our way. Glad they at least apologized, but would have been nice to hear a thank you.“

“They are absolutely amazing here!!! The app was down but they still accommodated and honored the app deals. The cashier was super nice as well as the manager Maricela!! Superb customer service!! The food was fresh and delicious. I got the French Dipper and Broccoli and Cheddar Soup. I have to say this sandwich is my new favorite!!! So full of flavor and incredibly delicious. The soup was hot and very yummy and comforting especially today with the first day of winter weather. They were very busy and working incredibly hard to get everyone accommodated quickly as possible since the app was experiencing a glitch. Thank you so much for putting in such hard work and thank you Maricela for your help and having such an amazing team!!!“
