The manager the Bourbonnais location is very rude! I am surprised she is a manager as she does not have any customer service skills. First, the order was not correct on the screen at the drive thru. Second, the order was incorrect. Third, when I asked for a refund she huffed and pluffed like the Big Bad Wolf
we just went to the Wendy's on Latham. spent $50 to feed our family, didn't get offered a receipt, get home, and all the cheese burgers and double cheeseburgers are half raw. ridiculous that we can't get fully cooked food from this location, EVER. there isn't even the slit in any of the patties from the spatula, showing that it was checked to make sure they were done. even putting them in the microwave for a full minute didn't cook these patties. you might ask why I don't go get...read full review
