“After a 14 hour day I’m looking to grab a quick bite and hit the sheets before I get up and do it again. Head to Culver’s and the drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot. Reluctantly, I decide to stay. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man walks up and I roll down my window. He explains he would like to take my order to speed the process. This guy has the BEST attitude and demeanor,takes my order and in about 6-7 minutes I’m on my way. Culver’s knocked others out of the park with this service and their people are SO well trained and customer focused. Great job!“

“My grandson ordered a small sundae and I ordered the same thing only a medium. They both were the same size only the medium was more expensive. When questioned about it they said that's the way it is. Very weird. The ice-cream was good tho.“
