Burger Restaurants near Coal City

“Went here for lunch because I was in the area and was told that it was a good burger spot. I ordered the regular cheeseburger with a side of onion rings and a Dr. Pepper. I was very impressed with the burger, as it had a large patty with a lot of flavor and two different types of cheese. The bun was also very soft and toasted on one side. I was also quite impressed with the well fried onion rings. The atmosphere in this establishment was quite nice, however it was a bit quiet for my taste. The only criticism I had was that the sodas were sold per can and there was no fountain options. It is also worth mentioning that they only accept cash which was a slight disappointment. Overall worth visiting“

“Food and service are always excellent. Restaurant is very clean and staff is always friendly. The menu offers a large selection of breakfast lunch and dinner options. The desserts are great as well. They even have coffee, flights hot or cold with more than 40 variety options.“

“Perhaps it’s the atmosphere that attracts the most. It is a reminder of past times with parents going out for the occasional meal in the neighborhood tavern. This is that local tavern with great meals and friendly service. Fortunately for some, not so for others, the aroma of stale beer and cigarettes has somehow been scrubbed from the building leaving only the smells from a great kitchen. Please understand sullen people need not eat here.“

“What an amazing place to stop and enjoy a nice meal... the feeling of a real gem restaurant...so much history in it... this is a family owned place... I was greeted from the beginning bygone of the owners...to then have another one take the order, he was super generous to the point he gave us some Keychains souvenirs!¡ it really makes me happy eating and supporting small business like this, where im treated like a friend rather than a customer, the smiles and kind gestures makes me always go back and I will!!!
They have iconic pictures of Marelyn Monroe and Elvis... just so fun and good!“

“Have not been here in over 7 years... worth the re-visit! They combined into a brewery and the atmosphere is perfect. Food is the same (great). Staff is genuinely nice. We walked in at 12pm on a Saturday and the crowd was great...my 10yr old loved the food. Will be back!“

“Of course I recommend Culver’s- Becuz I luv Culvers food.. But tonight my drive thru girl with the glasses was anything but kind.. When I questioned her on my charge and realized I was charges for a double and nit a single. She stared me down at the window and when I said to HER “ thank you, have a good night”… she again just looked at me and closed the window.. wtf… Come on child… Its NOT the end of the world.. You have many worse worries in your future. Do you job. Be kind and courteous. Especially to those who are to YOU!!! Enjoy your night little girl!!!“
