I ordered online and my order had some mistakes. I spoke with the manager and she made sure I was compensated and my order made correctly! She was very nice. I appreciate she took the time to make sure we were happy.
Food, service & atmosphere were excellent on my last visit
The woman who took our order, named autumn. Was awesome, very friendly and our food was hot, and delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has both good and bad points. The staff are often friendly and provide quick service, with some workers being extremely nice and helpful. The menu has not seen additions in years, and the Red Burrito locations do not sell burritos, offering only unseasoned beef with too much lettuce. Some customers miss the iced coffee. While some locations have a nice, clean atmosphere, others are always empty. Overall, the experience depends heavily on the specific location, with some customers having a wonderful experience and others no longer being fans.
