If that is the person serving our drinks I wouldn't trust because before the end of the night he would serve us drinks or food. yet he still served everyone else.“

“A great place to dine before a Bulls game…been here a number of times, and it never disappoints. Here’s the scoop…the restaurant is OLD SCHOOL. No frills menu and no substitutions (although our server allowed us to get a side of steamed broccoli). I recommended the Queenie’s Sliced Steak and the Caesar Salad. The martini’s are of generous size and are a perfect compliment to the meal. The piano in the center of the dining area gives this place a personal touch. The service is spot on and although the seating is a little too close to the people next to you, I find myself chitchatting once I get a martini or two in the system!“

“Every time we go there, we're treated as if we're their best customer/close family. The staff is so well trained in how to, not only make customers comfortable, but successfully assist in the excellence of the dining experience. The food has always been phenomenal, and always plentiful. It's a fabulous restaurant and successful because of great food, and owners that know how to treat guests.“
“This is a neighborhood spot...... If you're from the neighborhood, it is a casual place to have a cocktail and unwind after work. I'm not from the neighborhood but I do stop there when I passed through at times to play some pool with friendly brother's which I've made many friends with "THERE" (Lounge)I've always felt very comfortable as well as safe and welcomed! It's a good place to throw a party at if you're local and enjoy a bar scene. They also have an outside area and back“

“Chuck's has quite a few Cajun inspired dishes on the menu. My friend enjoyed her chicken fried steak, I think it was. It looked very good. The cheese curds were delicious! My baked potato was good and I also enjoyed my coleslaw. I think Chuck's has good food. I've been there more than a few times.“

“From what I understand this is a very beloved concert venue in Chicago, so when the hometown dudes in Belmont announced a headline show here I knew I had to make the trip from Minnesota. Coming from Minnesota we have the iconic First Ave so this was similar to that although likely a slightly smaller capacity limit. Staff were awesome from our entry to the venue to the bar staff, my only little complaint is maybe a bar on the other side of the venue but that's not a deal breaker whatsoever. Sound quality and sight of stage quality were exceptionally great. Plenty of room in bathrooms and the merch area worked pretty well. Would love to see a show here again in the future.“

“Went it for a loaded Bloody Mary. It was great. The people seemed really friendly (employees and customers)
The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“

“Brought my kids to a concert there and the customer service was amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful with the kids. On top of that our food was delicious. Even my pickiest eater ate their fill. We had a blast! Thank you guys so much! 🫶🏽🫶🏽“

“It was my 1st time there. I was there on Saturday, August 12th 2023 from 9pm to 1am.Bartender was very nice, Tony the karaoke DJ was awesome, nice atmosphereand people. Reasonably priced drinks and food was good. I recommend the chicken strips
Parking: Parking lot is a little small, but if you get there early enough you'll have no trouble finding Parking“
“If you looking for the worst bar ever omg let me tell you about the BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD… coming to Mars was the best decision I made spontaneously…me and my friend was supposed to go skating but that FAILED!!! NOT TO MENTION WE DROVE AN HOUR HERE for that event😭😭…So we found other plans here and this was the best by far. The FOOD is AMAZING,DRINKS are AFFORDABLE and the SERVICE IS FREAKING AMAZING 🔥🔥😮💨10/10 I highly recommend will be coming back!!! Video review on TikTok @Luuv4tay

“The overall experience was impeccable. Macks and the rest of the staff know all too well what they’re doing, and were the best of company throughout my visit. I wanted a change with a subtle splash of color, and that’s exactly what I got! 1000/10 would recommend Macks for anything you want done!“

“It's as expected for a hotel with not many options around. Would recommend liquor over wine. You don't have to do what's on the menu as per usual. And bartender super sweet. Waitresses super laid back & kind as well. So for that alone, 4 stars. Just wish the food was equally as good as the service.“

“We were there for a private party. The food was brought in. The bar service was slow for a large gathering. I loved the place but low lighting made the quality of pictures poor. With better lighting and an additional bartender I would go there again.“
“This was our third year enjoying Holiday Tea at the Drake. What a lovely experience! The service was top-notch and attentive; the tea selection was fabulous - so hard to choose just one. And the treats were all so delicious! We felt very spoiled! We'll definitely be back next year.“

“I was robbed there by the wait staff on my wedding night. the evidence is in, the idiot deposited the checks in his own account and it traced back to this place. it's a disgrace and a curse that will not go away. How many of you out there have been robbed and don't even know yet ? how many of my attendees need to review this place? thousands of dollars stolen !“
