“Had a great dinner here before a hockey game. The staff were wonderful and super on top of everything. You can tell they prioritize getting people in and out in time to see the games.

Mg group had the complementary cheese bread (very tasty) the Caesar salad (my husband’s was underdressed and just ok, but my other friend said hers was good), lobster bisque (phenomenal), prime rib (my group said it was delicious), seared tuna salad (very good after I requested more dressing),clam bucatini (very tasty), fries (very good), and the passion colada cocktail was excellent (we even got some to go for the game!).

I would definitely recommend before a game. It is a bit pricey though, but the food is delicious.“

“Every time we go there, we're treated as if we're their best customer/close family. The staff is so well trained in how to, not only make customers comfortable, but successfully assist in the excellence of the dining experience. The food has always been phenomenal, and always plentiful. It's a fabulous restaurant and successful because of great food, and owners that know how to treat guests.“

“My sister had a special event there and every was exquisite from the food to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the bar tender was rude, very unprofessional, he made the experience with us very lack luster. If that is the person serving our drinks I wouldn't trust because before the end of the night he would serve us drinks or food. yet he still served everyone else.“

“Chuck's has quite a few Cajun inspired dishes on the menu. My friend enjoyed her chicken fried steak, I think it was. It looked very good. The cheese curds were delicious! My baked potato was good and I also enjoyed my coleslaw. I think Chuck's has good food. I've been there more than a few times.“

“From what I understand this is a very beloved concert venue in Chicago, so when the hometown dudes in Belmont announced a headline show here I knew I had to make the trip from Minnesota. Coming from Minnesota we have the iconic First Ave so this was similar to that although likely a slightly smaller capacity limit. Staff were awesome from our entry to the venue to the bar staff, my only little complaint is maybe a bar on the other side of the venue but that's not a deal breaker whatsoever. Sound quality and sight of stage quality were exceptionally great. Plenty of room in bathrooms and the merch area worked pretty well. Would love to see a show here again in the future.“

“Went it for a loaded Bloody Mary. It was great. The people seemed really friendly (employees and customers)
The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“

“It was my 1st time there. I was there on Saturday, August 12th 2023 from 9pm to 1am.Bartender was very nice, Tony the karaoke DJ was awesome, nice atmosphereand people. Reasonably priced drinks and food was good. I recommend the chicken strips

Parking: Parking lot is a little small, but if you get there early enough you'll have no trouble finding Parking“

“I had made a reservation for what I thought was Water's Edge, but it turns out it was the Hyatt Lodge restaurant. Apparently, they share the same space, but Water's Edge only serves lunch. That was a bit confusing, especially since no employee was there to greet and seat us. So be aware of that. There were only two waiters, which was fine since it was not very crowded, but it took a few minutes before either of them acknowledged our presence. After that all went well. The food was delicious, waiter service was fine, and dining on the outside patio by the small lake was quite nice on a perfect weather day. A table umbrella to shade us from the sun would have been nice, though. I will definitely dine there again.“

“I love coming here when I’m in town. Both Ken and charles are amazing. I haven’t met the rest of the employees but I’m sure they are great too. It’s a good place to hang out, play some slots, and make some friends. Very clean as well“

“For my 21st birthday I had a long island iced tea and I didn't feel anything from it but I was there September 25th Sunday the bartender lady was really nice surprised me with my drinks and they tasted really good as if it wasn't an alcoholic drink at all“

“I was invited to a self-west airlines event from a friend to watch the bears game, so the bar was open outside of his normal operating hours. The food was catered which is why I have no stars selected for food, however, the bartenders were good at the way they prepare drinks and the atmosphere is very nice! I really love the large dance floor area that they have for those who may not be into sports. I believe they need a couple more TVs for events and this would be a great go-to spot at any time. Parking is limited around the club so be prepared to walk at least a half a block.“

“This was our third year enjoying Holiday Tea at the Drake. What a lovely experience! The service was top-notch and attentive; the tea selection was fabulous - so hard to choose just one. And the treats were all so delicious! We felt very spoiled! We'll definitely be back next year.“
