The service was impeccable! I would absolutely go back again. It was such a special experience with my family!
So fun to have dinner at such a classic hotel. The service was wonderful (Thank you Rigo and Fernando) and the space was beautiful- not generic or bland. Lots of gorgeous art work around and the food was fun too! We live fairly close by, but coming to the Drake for dinner feels like we're traveling somewhere far away.
We've been doing high tea at the Drake for over 20 years! This is the first time we did a tea at the one in Oak Brook. Very nice! Beautiful setting! Excellent service! The food was good. My only complaint is the sandwich selection is not as good as downtown. I really missed the salmon/cream cheese sandwiches and the roast beef. But that's not a real complaint just more of a personal preference. We had a wonderful time as usual. We will be coming to Oak Brook from now on.

Polo Lounge at The Drake in Oakbrook offers an elegant ambience with great food and friendly staff. The bar inside the lounge has a classy vibe with a good whiskey selection and TVs for sports fans, making it a perfect spot for a chill, classy experience. The option to buy cigars and smoke on the patio adds to the unique experience. The food is good for the price. The black and blue salad is always delicious, and the steak is cooked perfectly. The selection is average, but the staff remains friendly and attentive. The service was top notch, with team members making sure experiences were 5*. The table setting was gorgeous and very elegant. The food was ok, and the scones were the best part of the tea, which was great. The birthday plate was appreciated. The piano and saxophone music was lovely. The special event for fireworks and buffet dinner was great with very good food and accommodating workers. There was plenty of grass area for kids to run around in. The value of the evening was worth it. The staff seemed to have all the kinks worked out.
