Mr. Submarine Reviews
I frequent Mr sub on western. Recently moved to Chicago ridge so decided I would try this place. I live in Denver, but grew up in Chicagoland, so I have a nostalgic love for Mr. Submarine. This location is run by an extremely friendly guy, so the service was great. However, while the subs we ordered were fine, the garlic fries were super disappointing compared to what you get at other locations, and our pizza puffs probably spent a minute or so too long in the fryer. If I hit up Mr. Sub the next time I'm in the Chicago area, it'll probably be a different location than this one.
Sandwich combination is over $15
Mr. Submarine, a nostalgic spot for some, offers fresh subs with friendly service in Denver. However, the garlic fries and pizza puffs have received mixed reviews. Prices vary between locations, with some customers finding them higher than others. The sandwich-making experience is unique, as some customers have experienced singing while their sandwich was being prepared. One downside is the reported out-of-order bathroom that has been in disrepair for a while.
