The flavors were rich, and the sandwich was perfectly cooked. It exceeded my expectations and left me craving for more. My girlfriend opted for the taco salad, and she was equally impressed. “The atmosphere was accommodating to each individual preference...one side quiet and open with slot machines, while the other side was poppin'. They offered karaoke and the customers seemed to be enjoying themselves quite well. The bartender Scott was on point and very polite. All in all good place to go to with friends or a significant other!“

“I've stopped in here a few times since I live just down the road from it. The times I've gone in, it wasn't too busy, but they tell me they have a good time on a Saturday night. It's really not your best bet if you want food. They serve your basic frozen pizzas and the like, but nothing remarkable. Sammi's Subs, next door, is another story though. EXCELLENT sandwiches (but they aren't open late). Like another reviewer said, I think Norb's is a great dive-bar with some pool tables and darts. Probably the most fun if you bring a friend or two, and preferably ones who like to play pool or darts. I believe they were cash only at the bar, and they didn't really have a lot of drink specials when I went. So bring cash.“

The restaurant opened in 1960. It has a large bar and local crowd in the Godfrey area. Everyone was welcoming and kind. It appeared to be one waitress, and she was a super server. In my opinion, she earned her 25% as she changed the TV to tennis, so my 71-year-old husband would sit down?
I also like the help yourself shelf with carry out containers, condiments, and utensils. Thanks for the inviting atmospher??❤️“
