So this is a whole year later 1/22/24. I ordered food online at 11:30 when I got there they said they never recieved my order. Yes it was the correct location and i didnt have time to wait or argue because i had to get to work which is why i ordered ahead. The order was for a hamburger and a free fry not even worth the headache but now i have to wait till i get off at midnight to eat. If you really want burgerking go to the one on 95th in hickory hills. I've never had an issue...read full review

Gave away stuff that was in my order to like 4 other people that were behind me. The morning manager closed my order so the timer wouldn’t keep going up stopped it at 9 minutes probably didn’t get my food until 15 ish. 5 people came after me and left already and I was the only was at the restaurant when I got there.
