“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“

“My God, this sangwich will make you feel that things might just be ok and forget for a moment what a dumpster fire of a time we live in. The lamination! Look at these luscious layers of pastry hugging eggs and some crispy plancha sausage! Look at them! Few things are perfect or capable of changing your life. “My food was prepared very efficiently. I got the samosa chaat. Big flavor, nice and spicy. The spices and citrus balanced the dish perfectly. My server Shanu helped me decide what to get, since I'm a little unfamiliar with this chaat. Their desserts (the one with cottage cheese) and chai are great too. Would recommend to anyone!“

“Lovely coffee with an authentic feel. Elotito is top tier as it is bursting with flavor and can taste the tortilla within it. They serve beacon doughnuts here too. All in all spent under $14 for the Elotito and doughnut. Worth the trip if you're out here“

“Chose to come here because it’s a halfway point between my friend’s and I’s homes, and it was such a pleasant experience! The atmosphere was very nice and calm, the smells were divine, and the service was excellent! We got to chat with the owner for a second and she was absolutely darling! I had a strawberry matcha latte with brown sugar boba and I know in a week I’ll be craving it again. 10/10 will be coming back again!“

“Postcard's interior is clean, minimal, and well thought out! It's quite calming and refreshing to be in. The chrome, stainless steel, browns/tans, and custom dry-walling for inlaid lights work so well together!! I do wish the main counter area is utilized better..maybe some of the same bar stools on the opposite side of the register? That way seating isn't as limited.

Onto drinks and food! We got the matcha latte with oat milk (don't forget to add their house-made syrup), hot black sesame seed maple latte, and their tamago toastie! Postcard probably has the best matcha latte in the city! Served in a short and thin glass, it's perfectly smooth with the right amounts of umami and nuttiness. They've got the right tools and approach the matcha process with intention. I normally don't get get hot drinks, but the black sesame maple latte was a pleasant surprise! Not too sweet, not burning hot, and just the right amounts of black sesame.

Although super tiny and pricey, the tamago toastie was AMAZING. The eggs were light and fluffy - not overly done with mayo. Maybe some dill mixed in and topped with finely chopped chives. Super delicious bites. Looking forward to trying sweet pea toastie and tuna chop next time!!“

“I ordered them from uber eats for the and it was so good I needed to leave a review… what do you mean I can order GORMET chocolate covered strawberries to my door?? Their chocolate is out of this world. Juice mixes are refreshing. The croffle thing changed my life. Insanely fresh fruit.
I will probably order from this place weekly. And when I’m broke and fat, monthly (to feed Mother Nature) at the very least. Please never close“

They no longer sell boba here, it's just a slots place and I'm guessing a bar. The lady there just asked us if we were there for boba and told us to go to the Thai restaurant (Bodhi).

So I stumbled across this place back in May before they had their grand opening. I don't think they were actually quite opened just yet but the staff was nice enough to let me and my sister in and order. Unfortunately they didn't have any boba that day lol but I didn't miss it at all. I was so happy to hear that they only used alternative milk for the drinks since the owners are lactose intolerant. So that right there earns a extra star for me. While I didn't get to try all the options this will be my newest spot to come and enjoy wherever I need a boba fix.“

“We loved talking with the helpful man behind the counter. He took the time to explain the various chocolates that they sell. The way in which the fabricating of the chocolate is controlled in such a richly authentic way won me over. My granddaughter loved the samples that we were given. “We stopped by this bakery while visiting Chicago and absolutely loved it! The Chicago brownies were amazing—rich, fudgy, and full of flavor. “Came upon this place today! I had a decaf honey bee latte. It’s got a heavy honey taste and surprisingly not that sweet given the honey in it.

I also had the breakfast quesadilla. Would have been nice if there was a bit more like maybe a side of guacamole in addition to sour cream and salsa. It was super heavy on the cheese.

The place itself was pretty spacious for a cafe. Plenty of place as I was there fairly early in the AM. I would give it another try.“

“We went to Chinatown and visited this place and got their rolled ice cream. I think the ice cream is very good with pretty big portions. I got 4 different ones and all of them were good but the favorite was the strawberry mango cuz of the fresh mango and strawberries on it. Personally although there were a lot of people, the wait time was not too long.“

“We drove over an hour to get here, not knowing that whole cakes are only sold by pre-order. The gentle was kind enough to sell me one that was ready for an order that would be picked much later. That gave them enough time to get another prepared.

The cake was just a traditional 3 Leches cake. It was perfectly moist throughout the cake. The frosting was not too thick nor too sweet. I would have loved to try one of the others flavors.

It is a little small and expensive when compared to other bakeries. The quality and taste makes up for the added cost

“Great place to meet for coffee or breakfast, one of the few places in Oak Park that are suitable for a business conversation. So many cafes are too small, too loud, or too inconvenient to get to/park. It's spacious and has lots of room between tables for privacy. Drink choices are creative. I had the turmeric latte and egg breakfast bowl and it was delicious, very filling and freshly made. It's not a super fast place though, so don't go if you're in a hurry.“
