“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“
“Took my first sip of my latte and instantly noticed the difference between quality of the beans! Small interior since the majority of space is used for roasting their beans. The prices are affordable. I’ll definitely be heading back to try more of their products.“
“Service was good! I appreciate that they have fresh squeezed orange juice but what needs to be changed is the name of their red velvet french toast. It should be red velvet cake roll toasted. I was very disappointed that it was a cake and not bread.“
“I love this restaurant! Very cute spot for brunch or even lunch. The omelette I had was so good, the pancakes are delicious & the drinks are too. I ordered the horchata latte and it came looking so aesthetically pleasing & super yummy too. The food presentation is definitely instagram worthy :) It’s clean, very nicely decorated and the waitress was super sweet too! Def recommend.“
