Myself and a blind friend went in to get frozen coffee. He couldn't see but had the app. Was trying to pay for something on the app, and it was taking a long time. However, the cashier was patient at first and then went and got the manager. He yelled at us to hurry up because their was one other person behind us waiting to order. The food and drinks from this place are perfectly fine & the staff is very nice the problem is the horrible drive-through design which blocks the side street completely. Then they keep the inside locked so you can't even run inside. Good coffee ☕ though it's always on point.
