Friendliest, most welcoming staff and people around you could think of. My partner and I came to check out this bakery before he had to travel, and we hadn't realized they only take cash/checks, and we only had cards on us. We were about to excuse ourselves, but a staff member offered to give us our goodies completely free of charge as first-time costumers; and she absolutely didn't have to do that! We stopped here to try their baked goods, and were not let down. The lady working the counter went through each item they had on hand and told us her personal favorites and even the ones she wasn't a fan of with the reasonings. Also the local favorites. Very reasonably priced and each item was more delicious than the last. A definite must stop!

Welcoming. Quaint bakery. Many Guatemalan pastries, from the dry/crisp to the moist rich. They have both traditional and baked flan. Their jalapeño bread is a regional rarity. Imagine a 9-inch long french bread roll, stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese and jalapeño slices. Tear it in two and eat from the insides to the ends.
