I was just at carol stream McDonald's. My friend and I were there quite a while. Collan( he did not have a name tag on so not sure of spelling) came over and asked us if we wanted a refill. We said yes and he personally brought them over to our table. He was very nice and I appreciate him . He didn't have to do that. He was the manager
Put in reward deal, told me not valid but it took it and couldn't figure it out..took forever for 2/6 deal .then cashier had additude big time..never again will go there

The ambiance is pleasant, and the restaurant's staff, mostly teenagers, are incredibly polite and efficient. Customers often visit during the morning hours, when the store is clean, and tables and chairs are promptly attended to by the cleaning crew. The seating is comfortable, and the play area appears and smells clean. Customers appreciate that their orders are consistently accurate, and the morning crew members are very kind and always smile. In the evenings and early mornings, the restaurant still offers everything expected from McDonald's, with food that is reasonably fresh and orders that are rarely messed up. The dining room is sometimes closed at night, but the drive-through remains open, providing plenty of parking, including disabled parking. The restaurant is fully ADA compliant from parking to restrooms. Overall, it is a small location that maintains good service and cleanliness, though some customers have experienced issues such as discrepancies in menu items or feeling unwell after visiting.
