“We have always enjoyed VT but this was poorly managed. We came in on a Wednesday and ask to sit at a booth. The booth they sat us at was right next to a party they had going on. And people were standing right at the edge of the booth and was extremely loud. Why they didn't put the party separated in the empty section by the bar would be more appropriate. It seems they were over the limit on the one side. So we asked to move to a booth that was empty. They said we couldn't move to that booth as it wasn't open. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.“

“Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. Sat inside to wait for them to finish my order and I loved the small mom and pop random design, comfortable feel. Food - Everything was delicious. Price - very reasonable for what you get. I’d have to argue the best jjajangmyun in Chicago - I mixed the kan-jjajang and jjajangmyun together. This will be the go to spot to pick up for me whenever I head to the suburbs. 🚀🙏“

The guy in the register Bruno, He was super nice, we were having a conversation and he decided to pay for my food because my card wasn’t working, he payed for my food with his own personal card. That touched my heart usually people just say like oh come back another time but not egg tuck. He was super nice. He added a smile in my face. Other than the 10/10 customer service, the food was so good! I devoured it in 5 minutes!!“
