“Wow! We had the best time yesterday at Crave Cookie Lombard! My two children wanted to try it out so we went in. First impressions, it’s very clean and welcoming! We tried the Dubai strawberry cup, the cookie milk shake and a loaded soda! All were very delicious. It was the best loaded soda I’ve ever had! Our host the owner’s niece took the extra time to talk with us and told us a little bit about the family business. She even gave us free samples of warm chocolate chip cookies! They were so yummy! We will be supporting this lovely business and will be back!“

“We were a fan of the fabulous food already. But when my husband and daughter planned a surprise Birthday party for me, we were VERY impressed. They said whenever they asked Ricardo for something the only thing they heard was: No problem! OR… Whatever you need! And ALL of our guests complimented the food and most took home doggie bags. If you need a party room and want to work with the most accommodating staff - give Ricardo a call. If I could give a 10 star rating - I would. I promise you won’t be disappointed!“

“The service is always so great and the decor makes you feel right at home. The gluten free options are limited but solid, this time I had the calamari appetizer and eggplant parm with spinach instead of pasta as the side. My husband raved about the braciole!“

“An authentic gem in the middle of Lombard. Food was fresh and had a good taste. I had a Gordita de chicharrón which was delicious. I also had taco de tripas and I asked for it to be well done. The taco came out crujiente which a lot of places gets this wrong so this was a breath of fresh air. The provided salsas were not spicy but did have a kick and had a good taste. The staff was extremely welcoming overall; great small place. We will be returning to dine here.“

“Never been to this location, but I’ve been to another one and I love it. I walked in at 8 30, 1/2 an hour before they close and they had already put away all of their stock so I walked right back out. I have worked at bakeries and the food industry and typically that is the last thing you do for night’s cleanup 🤷🏻‍♀ Behind me, a couple walked in into the exact same thing and then another. Guess it’s loss of business for them. It’s unfortunate.“

“I live in Los Angeles and was in Chicago area for a job. I ordered grilled chicken philly for lunch and it pretty good, ive traveled the country as a Truck driver and have to say this is a top 3 chicken philly in my opinion... highly recommend this place!“

“The food was excellent! I especially loved the Rock Bomb Roll—it was definitely a standout. Taro is my go-to, so I was a little disappointed that there was no tapioca available, but we live and move on!
The first crab rangoon was delicious, but the second seemed a bit rushed and the filling was noticeably cold. Hopefully just a one-off, because the rest of the meal was great.
My wife and baby both really enjoyed the food. The location was quiet and cozy, which made for a very relaxing experience. For those who prefer a little more privacy, you can also order directly through the QR code at the table, which is a nice touch.
Our server was attentive, friendly, and provided great service. It’s honestly refreshing to see that level of attention, especially when good service can sometimes feel overlooked these days.

“This stall inside Yorktown Mall's food court sells mostly snack items like the signature (and chewy) mochi donut. They have at least 10 varieties of donuts like Oreo, fruity pebbles, and pina colada. The half cheese / half corndog rolled in hot cheetos was tasty, and the boba tea was a good value. I had to wait a while for the latter two, but employees were friendly enough. Typical mall pricing, which is to say somewhat expensive.“

“I tried Charleys Philly Steaks for a second time. First time I had their wings. Today, I decided to try their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Normally I give a review on the food. Today, I want to highlight an example of Customer Service at its best. As I was waking to my table, I tripped and my food ended up on the floor. Initially, I was hesitant to ask for a replacement. I went ahead and did it anyways. The worker that took my initial order listened to my misfortune and, without hesitation, took care of me. No fuss, no negative expression, no additional explanation. He just took care of it. He provided a fresh sandwich and fresh fries. Mind you, he was already attentive and had a positive attitude with customers before me. Oh and my initial order was ready within 5 minutes. The staff is fast. Some can say or argue that the customer is always right but I do feel that a customer is right within reason.
