“My family, including young children, enjoyed Juanita's. Don't let the inconspicuous facade fool you, the inside is warm and inviting with delicious recipes. I liked the chicken mole so much I complemented the earthly flavor--that unmistakable blend of chocolate, nut, and cinnamon--to our server only to learn it's a family recipe prepared fresh each day. Five stars for food and service, I'd give five stars for atmosphere but I save five stars for Mexican restaurants that put chips and salsa on the table as a welcoming gesture. Lastly, the prices at Juanita's are reasonable for the quality of the food. It a world of bland corporate chains, I'm happy to support genuinely local, family-run businesses.“
