Cartervilles Dominos is sometimes very very slow ordered loaded tots and it took 30 minutes for it to be prepared and put in the oven and another 25 minutes for the order to be picked up this was at 330pm. When I called to see what the hold-up was or if they received my order no one answered. I was sitting in the parking lot the whole time and they were not busy. Its the third time this has happened.
I ordered a medium pizza this past Saturday and the experience and quality of the pizza was not good. The taste of the pizza was very dry. When I went to the store to pick up the pizza, there was several cars waiting in the drive thru area to the point that they were blocking the parking spaces for the other customers that wanted to go inside the store. Then when I went in to pick up my order, a young manager was very rude to a new employee.

Overall amazing. When they get it right it is some of the best food I’ve had. But they can be inconsistent. This dominoes in particular tends to do well with consistency and delivering great food on time. It has the potential to be perfect, however the quality of your experience can vary inconsistently. Still my favorite restaurant.
