“We ate here for my daughters birthday and we were super happy! I thought the whole train theme of the restaurant was so cool & the kids loved the train table they had for them to play with. “The food is pretty good. We usually order pizza and wings once a week but have recently slowed down. Annette, Leesa, and Tiffany are the best 3 employees they have. Tiffany is no longer working there, due to the fact that the owners do not know how to treat their good employees. Caleb is in a league of his own but I do know he's not a good delivery driver, he delivered twice to me and both times took my change with out offering, although I would have tipped him. I have never seen a company reward bad employees over good ones before but it takes all kinds to make the world go around.“

“We went on a Friday evening and sat outside on the patio since we had our dog and the weather was nice. When we eat here, it always takes some time for the food to come out, but service is always friendly and the food is good. We originally ordered the spinach dip, the bruschetta pizza, and a buffalo chicken salad. Later on, we realized there was a dinner menu special so we ended up adding the salmon and steak entrees and brownie for dessert. The food here is very good and everything tastes like it's made from scratch so it's worth the wait. This is one of the few wineries in the area that actually has good food options and the venue indoors and outdoors is comfortable and pleasant.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!“

“Just stopped in here tonite for some original pizzas on the go. They made us fresh pizzas fast and it was the BEST Little Caesars pizza we have ever had! We travel and have tried the pizza at many different locations all over the US. This is by far the best location we have visited. Thank you for the delicious pizza guys!“

“I've never had a personal issue with this establishment. The $3 personal pans are such a great deal. The only problem I have is one of the girls wears fake nails and acrylic nails should not be in the restaurant industry, especially when you are messing with food without gloves.“

“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the hardworking young woman with glasses and brown hair working at the Carbondale Pizza Hut. I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition!

She was working incredibly hard the entire time I was there. She was cleaning and scrubbing things down, consistently washing her hands, making orders, helping customers in the lobby, and taking orders — she was doing what seemed like a million things at once, and she handled it all while remaining polite and professional. You could genuinely tell that she cared about doing her job well and making sure things were taken care of.

Honestly, if she isn’t already a manager, she should be. She showed more initiative, work ethic, and attentiveness than I typically see from someone in a restaurant. Pizza Hut needs more employees like her, and I really hope management recognizes how valuable she is!

Unfortunately, I also noticed a very different level of effort from the blonde-haired employee. While I was waiting for my pickup order, the fryer was going off and customers were waiting in the lobby, but she didn’t seem to be paying attention to either. She eventually went outside and talked on the phone while customers were still waiting. I understand everyone has an off moment, but compared to how hard the young woman with glasses was working, the difference was very noticeable.

That said, the food itself was delicious and made exactly how I wanted it. My order was correct, fresh, and tasted great.

Overall, I really want to emphasize that brown-haired girl with the glasses deserves some serious recognition. She was the standout employee by far. 👏🏻 She was polite, hardworking, attentive, and clearly capable of handling responsibility. Give that girl a raise — and if she isn’t a manager already, promote her! She deserves it.“

“This place goated after levels and has the best customer service. I ordered a pizza with every topping on the side and they got me right.
