“It’s a good, standard diner. Portions and prices are reasonable. Food is good. Coffee is standard diner coffee so don’t get your hopes up. Not very strong and doesn’t taste that great, but that’s what you get at a diner. Everything else was pretty good!“

“We went on a Friday evening and sat outside on the patio since we had our dog and the weather was nice. When we eat here, it always takes some time for the food to come out, but service is always friendly and the food is good. We originally ordered the spinach dip, the bruschetta pizza, and a buffalo chicken salad. Later on, we realized there was a dinner menu special so we ended up adding the salmon and steak entrees and brownie for dessert. The food here is very good and everything tastes like it's made from scratch so it's worth the wait. This is one of the few wineries in the area that actually has good food options and the venue indoors and outdoors is comfortable and pleasant.“

“I have been in Carbondale for 1yr I decided to celebrate with having dinner here. It was really calm and the vibes are more comfortable luxury. You can dress up to go here or go as you are. Low light I sat at the bar Rachel was awesome been working there for years let’s you know the place is a great work environment. The food was delicious I had the meatloaf I could taste every herb it was marinated with. It was soft savory and flavorful creamed spinach was my side comes with mashed potatoes already. For dessert I had the fried bread pudding made in house delicious I ate it at home so I do not have photos but it was so good comes with what tasted like fresh made vanilla ice cream. It was really rich and creamy which leads me to believe they make it there. I am definitely eating here again and I can not wait to do so!!!“

“Stopped in to have food. There is no food served here, but you can get some and bring it in or have it delivered. Figured since we stopped in we may as well have a drink while we thought about what we wanted to eat. We ended up having a great time, played some pool, and had conversations with other folks there. “Went with my family for supper tonight, was seated right away food was great. The reason for the 4 star review was the service. I ordered the country fried steak, it came with eggs hash browns and my choice of bread. I told my waitress I wanted biscuits and ask for butter. Then I added a order of biscuits and gravy also. when our food arrived I noticed the waitress had forgotten my biscuits that came with my country fried steak dinner. I was told they gave me biscuits with my gravy, when I asked about my biscuits n butter that came with my meal, I was told they put the biscuits with my gravy and only charged me for a bowl of gravy. When I ask why when I ask for biscuits and butter because it came with my meal (I wanted it for my eggs) I was told again She had giving me 2 biscuits. the waitress then held up 4 fingers and said you want 4 biscuits?? I said I want what came with my meal. Then again she held up 4 fingers and said if you want 4 biscuits I can bring you 4 biscuits at that point I was just fed up with the conversation and asked if I could please get some butter. The butter was cold and was not spreadable lol The entire time we were there we were not offered a refill on our drinks, two of our party of 4 finished half of there meal with no drinks. The food was really good just was really disappointed in the service.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
