“My experience at Domino's Pizza located in Herrin Illinois is always pleasant and I enjoy the atmosphere within the restaurant the busyness of making pizzas and the employees are very nice and accommodating to their customers. I always rate them top-notch not only for their accuracy of my order the cleanliness of the restaurant the weekly deals offered and the rewards program available after signing up is a initiative to being a reoccurring customer. I also respect the fact that they are affiliated with Saint Jude's children's research hospital and offering the customer an option of rounding their order to the whole dollar amount which goes towards Saint Jude's children's research hospital it's a wonderful charity and I am pleased and happy to be a part of helping the children that unfortunately are affected by cancer in providing a financial donation no matter how big or small that in the end is listening the burden that is affiliated with your child having cancer.“

“We decided to order pizza Tuesday night. Upon pick up it smelled so good we had to try a pice. It was delicious! We regretted not ordering the parmesan garlic bread bites. We pulled over and placed an order and went back for them. They were fresh, hot, and melted in your mouth like butter! Our best Domino’s experience ever was found in West Frankfort, Illinois on a Tuesday night!“

“All around one of the best places with tasty pizzas and much more with big selections if your hungry for something other than pizzas I strongly suggest T-Moe’s pizza with other options to eat delicious pizzas burgers fries and nachos and fried mushrooms and fried ravioli and fried pickles and salad and much more to try including pasta and much more and the service is amazing and great staff and amazing prices“

“What a great store! I never have to wait long and all the staff is friendly. Karma always has a big smile and Michelle in the kitchen makes great pizza and I always tell her so. I love that she always closes with "I appreciate you." On the phone when you order. You would do well to train the whole chain with Michelle and Karma. Keep up the good work ladies, you help make my Casey's a true hometown store.“

“Meet the Manger a few dashes ago, great service. The staff works hard and speedy. Manger really takes great effort in there customers. If I need to check in with them on customers missing items they are 100% ahead of it. Stop in Pizza Hut good food great bundles and a hard working staff.“

“Godfather's Pizza located in Huck's stores in Southern Illinois. Pizza taste great and not bad prices. The cheese is what makes Godfather's pizzas so good. Carryout only. Most Godfather's locations close around 8 or 9 p.m.“

“My husband and I stopped in on a Friday evening for some wine and snacks before dinner. The place is absolutely gorgeous! The wines and cocktails were delicious. Just be warned they no longer have a full kitchen, but the charcuterie board was great. Sue was at the bar and she was a pleasure to talk to!“

With that knowledge, I am giving five stars to this location because of the evening shift manager, Suzy.
I had a problem with the app. The app said the hotel was not able to be delivered to. It's 2 mi from the delivery place. Couldn't figure out the app, couldn't get much customer service from the stupid AI that Domino's uses..
But when I called the local shop, I couldn't get any help from the people on the phone, so I politely asked him to please give me a manager. When Suzy came on I gave her my spiel about being stranded at the hotel and I figured it'd be no problem. I'll just order pizza and a drink on the app and be okay till I'm picked up in the morning, and that was not how it ended up going down.

I told her I don't like giving my credit card out over the phone. I was just wanting to get a small pizza for some food because I hadn't ate all day. Suzy took it upon herself, hearing the situation that I was in and the problem I was having, she graciously offered to make this meal on her.
I reluctantly accepted as I wanted to take care of it with corporate but corporate doesn't do things in the evening and I was starving.
Suzy saved my night, cured my hunger and made a new friend.

Hey Domino's you ought to give some praise to this manager, Suzy.
She did her customer service. She took care of the customer and she provided service. I plan to thank her in person tomorrow when she comes on her shift. (I did)
But I think Domino's should let her know that they appreciated her keeping a customer happy.
Because I really didn't want to call Pizza Hut or the other company. I don't like those pizzas. I only like my thin crust Domino's.
Thank you Suzy for doing your job above and beyond. I know that what you did was special. And I let your driver know that you were special for doing that. Thank you thank you thank you. Crazy“

“Date night with the husband was one of the best. We had amazing service. The server was attentive, quick to approach, offered and suggested appetizers. Other employees saw empty plates as they walked by and took them away. It was great teamwork by the entire staff. The hosts were friendly and quick to greet and get us seated. Food tasted amazing as it always does.“

“My four stars are based on the fact that it's fast pizza. It's by no means Italian restaurant level pizza, but it's very good for fast food pizza.As for this location, the people were super friendly and the place was clean.I've never had Casey's pizza but I wanted to give it a try.Would I have it again, maybe, only because I much prefer local family owned restaurant pizza.“

“The food is pretty good. We usually order pizza and wings once a week but have recently slowed down. Annette, Leesa, and Tiffany are the best 3 employees they have. Tiffany is no longer working there, due to the fact that the owners do not know how to treat their good employees. Caleb is in a league of his own but I do know he's not a good delivery driver, he delivered twice to me and both times took my change with out offering, although I would have tipped him. I have never seen a company reward bad employees over good ones before but it takes all kinds to make the world go around.“
