Yamato Japanese Steakhouse offers a lovely experience with decent portion sizes and excellent service, fulfilling cravings for sushi and Japanese dishes. The Hibachi Filet Mignon and Shrimp are of high quality, with tender filet mignon and surprisingly large shrimp. However, the veggies were overcooked, the rice was poor, and the plate was drowning in sauce. The atmosphere is odd, with pandemic-style setup and overworked employees.
