“This store went above and beyond me for today! I travel a lot and do a lot of road trips. We decided to stop at JJ and I got my usual, the chicken Caesar wrap and they said they could cut it in half for me because I knew I would probably only eat half at a time. THEY INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED EACH HALF! I was not expecting that! It is the little things like this that mean so much! Thank you! Keep up the great work!“
“I actually eat here quite a bit. Always fast service and always courteous. But for the life of me Everytime I want a #12 I order a #11, I do t know if it's my brain but I don't notice till I'm down the road and eating my sandwich. It's not a problem honestly, the sandwich is good no matter what you get. Always try the limited run items.“
“I ordered delivery around 8pm. I called to make sure order was received and the lady on the phone stated sandwich was being finished up and she'd be on the way. She got to my house within a few minutes. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches both were still hot and delicious. She forgot my drink and I was too lazy to call and have her come back but a few bites into my sandwich and she showed back up with my drink. She was amazing, polite, happy. 10 stars.“
“The service here is crazy. I swear they use robots to make the sandwiches that’s how fast they have people making these. I really like the tuna sandwich. This is a perfect spot to go if you live on Locust or Oak street. Because they make these food so fast I like to grab this when I am studying since it doesn’t take too long.
