Short-staffed I guess. Took five minutes to come out and take my order. When he did, it was with a “What? What do you want?” attitude. Instantly made me feel bad for deciding to have Jimmy John’s that day. Almost left to go to Panera instead but decided it wasn’t worth the extra time.
Also there was a self-order tablet which I tried to use, but it wouldn’t respond to my touch. So why even have it out? (Honestly, why even be open?)

Returned to this Jimmy John's after moving away 4 years ago. The morale of the employees is not what it used to be. The person that took my order was not very friendly. They messed up the 2 out of 3 sandwiches. For the cost, you could go somewhere better. You can do better. Disappointing
