It's clean. Respectful workers. Never packed. There's seating to dine-in. They do deliveries. They make accommodations if you don't want certain things on your sandwich or you want extras. Entered a delivery order for 11:45 am. The location of the Jimmy John’s is down the block from the delivery address. Not even a 2 min drive. It’s currently 12:08 pm and still haven’t received the order. Still paid tip. What’s going on???

I would recommend not ordering delivery from this location, rather go in person to a different one! I’ve ordered twice for one sandwich, both orders took 70-75 minutes, and one of them was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go hunting the neighborhood for it. There are several JJ locations nearby that have great service, worth the drive :)
